This is a quiet location with great views from the balcony. The main living area is located on the first floor along with the main bedroom complete with ensuite and walk-in robe/balcony. The lounge room opens onto a covered verandah with a barbeque.

The large kitchen has a dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space to complete the first floor. The lower level of the property boasts two bedrooms both with built-in robes, a full-size bathroom, laundry, and an additional sunroom area. Outside has a fenced yard, single remote garage, and single carport.
