Linton House is located a five minute drive from the village of Kangaroo Valley, on the valley floor. Experience this idyllic country setting whilst relaxing in the sun and soaking up the views. Watch the morning fog as it lifts to the top of the escarpment during the morning.

The property has three queen sized bedrooms upstairs – the main with en suite, and also a double bed in the downstairs room. There is also a full sized bathroom upstairs with a separate shower and bath. The lounge room features television, DVD, CD and comfy lounges. There’s a fully equipped kitchen and barbecue, allowing you to choose between indoor and outdoor cooking.

During the day, stroll around the 14 acre property which includes a large dam with islands – perhaps you will be lucky enough to receive a visit by wildlife including wombats, turtles, birds, and the resident echidna.
