Terrara House is a spectacular Federation Filagree mansion in the centre of the Shoalhaven district, and one of the most prestigious private houses in Australia. Being only 20 minutes from the famous white sand beaches of Jervis Bay, 15 minutes from Berry and 30 minutes from the Southern Highlands through the historic Kangaroo Valley, we are “where the land meets the sea”

Nestled on 17 acres of pristine land consisting of manicured gardens, hedged mazes, herb gardens and century old trees as well as being home to Scottish Highland cows, guinea fowl and chickens, there is a new experience at every turn of the property with so much to explore and discover.

In addition to using the Estate facilities such as;
the swimming pool, tennis court or wellness salon, our onsite concierge service will coordinate other local experiences foryour guests that may involve vineyards or microbreweries, Jervis Bay beach trips, beautiful bush treks, golf or any range of activity the Southern Highlands and South Coast have to offer.
