Elm Cottage Tumut

River Gum cottage has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. A king bed in the master bedroom with private En suite and walk in robe, the second bedroom a king bed, both of these rooms have sliding doors leading out on to the balcony and the third bedroom has a bunk bed and single bed.

The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, plus separate dining room, lounge room with television, (Foxtel Premium Package) DVD, and Stereo player plus sofa bed, free Wi-Fi and docking station. Full reverse cycle air conditioning and a full bathroom with bath, and laundry with washing machine, dryer plus another shower and toilet.

You also have a large enclosed balcony with barbecue and outdoor setting looking over the river.

Red Gum cottage has a king size bed in the master bedroom with private En suite and bath spa, and the second bedroom has two king single beds also with en suite.

The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc., separate dining room, lounge room with Television plus Foxtel-Premium Package, DVD, and CD player, plus free Wi-Fi. Full reverse cycle air conditioning and a laundry with washing machine and dryer.

You also have a huge enclosed balcony with barbecue and outdoor setting overlooking the river below plus a fully fenced outdoor area for your pet.

Blue Gum cottage has a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom. Lounge room, eat in area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry with washing machine and dryer, and bathroom with shower.

River’s Edge cottage was built in 1905 and is just 18 metres from the river. There are four bedrooms, two bedrooms with king size beds, one with queen and the third bedroom has a single bed. It has a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath and separate shower, an en suite off the master bedroom as well as a third toilet outside.

Reverse cycle air conditioning in lounge room with Television, DVD and Foxtel (Premium Package) and docking station. There is no Wi-Fi in this cottage, due to poor reception. Board games, DVD library are provided for your enjoyment . Laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer, balcony overlooking the gardens and river, plus your own outdoor setting and barbecue.

This cottage is also fully fenced with a half an acre back yard. You have a campfire (fire pit) beside the river for your enjoyment. Under cover parking.

The Cottages are each distinct from the next, each providing you with a slightly different rural aspect, however all showcasing the same peaceful atmosphere, all with fantastic views of the rolling hills and Goobarragandra River below , which is guaranteed to have you relaxing in no time.

Being rated 4.5 Star there is nothing to bring except groceries (linen & towels included) which can be purchased here in Tumut as we have Coles and Woolworths supermarkets open to 9pm.

Check in is at 2pm and check out at 10.00am unless prior arrangements are made.

Tesla 3 phase car charging station located at cottages is free to all guests.
