Tibuc Gardens Cottage is a two-bedroom self-contained cottage set on 50 acres in the foothills of the Warrumbungle Mountains. This comfortably appointed accommodation is attractively presented with quality facilities, including a modern kitchen, dining area and hooded gas barbecue with an outdoor seating area. The last one kilometre is on a dirt road.

A café is nearby on the property for functions. WiFi is available in the cafe.

The cottage includes a comfortable lounge room, a main bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two king single beds and a single bed ottoman in the living area. Bathroom and separate toilet. All linen provided.

The cottage is provided with a hairdryer, television, DVD player, air-conditioning and heating. Please note there is a two-night minimum stay.
