A highlight of your stay in Byron Bay will be kayaking the crystal blue waters of the Pacific Ocean that surround Byron Bay. Kayak with dolphins, turtles and whales and learn the local Aboriginal stories and sacred places.
Your three hour tour starts at Byron Bay Beach where you will pair up and learn the basics of paddling on a sit-on-top kayak. Hit the ocean and impress your friends, getting yourself out past the shore break and paddling along surfing mecca The Pass, Wategos Beach millionaire’s row, and Cape Byron. Stop for refreshments and a swim and paddle back to the main beach.
