Detourist takes visitors on a unique guided 4×4 off-road tour to the Watagans National Park. (Detourist is not a tag-along).
Here you will experience a remote and secluded drive deep into the Australian bush on bumpy and rough tracks which can only be accessed by 4×4 off-road vehicles. Go for a bushwalk, see breathtaking lookouts, explore hidden gems, connect with nature, spotting flora and fauna.
For those who do not want to go 4×4 off-road, you can take a Scenic tour from the bush to the beach on the Central Coast.
Go for a bushwalk to see waterfalls, lookouts, see a unique hidden gem, admire the beautiful beaches and take a scenic coastal walk along the ocean.
Pick a tour and experience an adventure for a 4 hour half day tour or 8 hour full day tour.

All day tour – takes you to the Central Coast for an all day (8 hour) tour starting with a bushwalk to the majestic Somersby Falls. (Be prepared for a leg work out as there are plenty of stairs to climb). It’s a 500m return walk through rainforest that takes in views of the top and bottom waterfalls.
Next stop is a short 3 km return bushwalk to a hidden gem that would be easily missed if you did not know its location.
Followed by a quick stop at Staples lookout to take in the beautiful views of Brisbane waters and its surrounds.
Next, we stop for lunch at the breathtaking Mount Ettalong Lookout at Pearl Beach where you can bring your own lunch / picnic, alternatively, we can stop at one of the many local eateries, at your own expense. Here you can see Lion island, Barrenjoey Lighthouse at Palm Beach and the surrounding beaches.
Final destination will be the Bouddi National Park 2 km return coastal walk where we will follow the boardwalk along the beautiful sandstone coast to Bullimah beach.

All day tour – you spend most of the day in the car with multiple stops to stretch your legs, take photos and have a snack.
Be one of the lucky one’s to be guided on a mystical bushwalk not known or experienced by many tourists.
Spot wild flowers and fauna like lyrebirds, yellow-tailed black cockatoos, wombats and more.
We will finish the day by seeing marvellous lookouts.
During our all day trip we will take a break for lunch/picnic. You must bring your own food as there are no shops near by.
Drinking water will be provided.
Please keep in mind that this tour is mainly spent in the car driving on rough, remote terrain and is a bumpy ride.
