Milparinka is historic town located adjacent to the Silver City Highway 300 km north of Broken Hill, 40 km south of Tibooburra and 1465 kilometres from Sydney. It was once a substantial community established to support the surrounding mining and pastoral industries of the 1880s but descended into an almost ghost town by the 1980s.

In recent years Milparinka has been transformed into an award-winning Heritage Town with more than twenty attractions, a Visitor Information Centre and a modern and spacious caravan park.

Conveniently located on Sturt’s Steps Touring Route Milparinka is the perfect place to base oneself to explore all that Corner Country has to offer.
