Eurobodalla Regional Botanic Garden

National Parks and Reserves

The Eurobodalla Regional Botanic Garden is situated on a 42-hectare forest site on the South Coast of New South Wales, five kilometres south of Batemans Bay.

The Garden grows and displays plants that occur naturally in the region. The site abounds with a wide variety of flora and fauna including many of the 2000 species of plants, trees and shrubs of the region. There are kangaroos, wallabies, bandicoots, possums, echidnas, snakes, lizards, frogs and many birds.

Features include display gardens, walking tracks, picnic and barbecue areas, a children’s playground, a visitors centre and a café.

Please note no pets allowed in the gardens. Assistance dogs are permitted.
No bicycles or vehicles allowed in the gardens.

Sadly, Eurobodalla Regional Botanic Garden was damaged by a bushfire in early January 2020. It re-opened to the public in July 2020 after six months of repair, rebuilding and colourful regrowth.
