Livvi’s Place Inclusive Playground Gunnedah

Parks and Gardens

Livvi’s Place is an inclusive, fun and safe place for everyone with a flying fox, a koala tree house, sensory garden, soft fall, accessible seating, pathways and barbecue spaces, musical equipment, a water-based sandpit, wheelchair friendly trampolines and grassed areas.

The koala totem, a recognised totem in Aboriginal culture, meets visitors greeting them in seven languages, including the native Gameraay/Gomeroi (Aboriginal) language in respect to the area’s traditional custodians. Signage in braille help the vision impaired enjoy the playground, and the space has lots of educational features to challenge those little spongy brains.

There is ample parking, public toilets, bike racks and easy access to dining and shopping within close vicinity of the playground. The fenced space covers approximately 2500 square meters and is protected by 24 hour CCTV.
