Rudder Park Mural – Blue Tree Project

Kempsey’s Rudder Park has become home to a powerful symbol of hope, remembrance, and community support. The stunning Blue Tree mural found at the park, a testament to the local Macleay Valley Blue Tree Project, was unveiled on the 10th of September 2023, aligning with World Suicide Prevention Day. This meaningful project was initiated by Baylin’s Gift, supported by Kempsey Community Suicide Prevention (KCSP) and Kempsey Shire Council.

The mural at Kempsey’s Rudder Park is designed to be interactive, allowing the community to contribute their own messages of hope and remembrance.
