Enamoured guests will join the boat at 3pm and start their intimate escape with a 2-hour champagne sail around the lake. At 5pm the boat will anchor in a secluded area that complements the weather. A pre-prepared menu will be provided that guests may cook themselves, or request to have their hosts cook. Once dinner is organised, the hosts will depart Spellcaster III and guests will enjoy their intimate overnight stay on board in exclusivity.

Lake Macquarie has many faces and the morning light is one of the most magical. Experience the Lake come to life as the tranquility lifts to a crescendo of life and action. Dolphins, jellyfish and birds may keep you and your friends company as we sail you around bays and spectacular sand islands for two hours.

A few decadent treats, and maybe even a sneaky glass of bubbles, will ensure this is an unforgettable morning.

Bespoke skippered sailing charters around Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens or the Pittwater can be created especially for you.
Guests might like to escape for a few days and experience sailing from one destination to another while calling the water wonderland home.
These expeditions can include open water sailing and the thrill of looking back from a yacht to the grandeur of the Australian coastline. There’s nothing quite like it.

The cost will be determined based on the chosen itinerary.

Carpark

There are no words for the beauty of sailing, sipping champagne and watching the sun set (unless you are a beer or wine drinker, which ofcourse we can accommodate!) You can almost literally feel your cares fall away while swinging gently in a hammock on the bow, wondering how you can make this your life from now on.

The sunset cruise will leave the dock around 4pm for a sail around the Lake, with specialty canapes and drinks served. You might choose to sit at the stern and indulge in the treats, or relax in the hammock with the breeze in your hair. You could hang your legs over the side and pretend you are in a Sydney to Hobart – you are limited only by your imagination (and our safety standards!)

To ensure an incredible experience for all, where everyone can move freely around the boat and indulge their senses, we like to keep numbers to a maximum of 6. Spellcaster III will return to Lake Macquarie Yacht Club around 6pm as daylight turns to dusk.
