Located halfway between Gloucester and Scone is Barrington Tops State Forest.

Cobark Lookout is on the eastern edge of this forest, featuring a nine metre wide timber deck providing beautiful views to the south. Cobark Lookout is a great spot for a morning cuppa and to get your bearings before heading across the Tops.

Within Barrington Tops State Forest , on the banks of the Manning River in cool highland forest, is a stunning camping and picnic area popular with four wheel drive enthusiasts and freshwater fishing enthusiasts.
