Your informative and knowledgeable guide will collect you from your Sydney hotel as you commence the small group journey of Sydney city and the Eastern Suburbs. You begin by visiting The Rocks, where you’ll explore fascinating relics and buildings of the city’s turbulent past and convict history.

Continuing along Macquarie street with many 19th century buldings, before stopping at Mrs Macquarie’s Chair for a superb view of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House. Continue east through the affluent areas of Rushcutters Bay, Double Bay and Rose Bay. Stretch your legs at The Gap for spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and entrance to Sydney Harbour, there is a short 15 minute coastal walk if guests choose to do. Next is Sydney’s most famous beach, Bondi, where there’s time to purchase coffee, or stroll the beach promenade and spot surfers. Leaving Bondi, they travel past Tamarama and Bronte Beaches, before reaching Centennial Park and Paddington, Sydney’s shopping district. Lastly they reach Darling Harbour, where guests have the opportunity to have lunch or join a cruise (additional expense)

Day-One is a picturesque drive via the Blue Mountains where you enjoy a Devonshire Tea at the Botanical Gardens. Next stop, a small-batch distillery for tastings of their award winning whisky. Continue to Logan Winery for a selection of wine and cheese tasting, before a delightful Charcuterie lunch. Visit a second distillery for schnapps and liqueur samples, before checking into their premium accommodation.

Day-Two is about exploring the Farm-Gate-Trail, you indulge in mouth-watering wines from several of the regions most awarded wineries, and incredible food using only the freshest local produce. A true wine and foodies delight.

Discover the character of the towns/villages that make up the Orange Wine Region and Blue-Mountains. This five-day Discovery will visit rustic cellar doors, magnificent views, meander country lanes, fine dining with local hospitality, explore local boutiques and immerse in the natural vistas of the Blue-Mountains.

Day-One Morning-Tea at Mt.Tomah Gardens and time to explore. Continue to Bathurst and learn about gold history and take a lap around the Mt Panorama Racing Circuit (in tour bus). Lunch, honey tasting and finished with a wine tasting.

Day-Two is about the food and wine. Orange is Australia’s Food Basket, vineyard dotted hills, orchards and freshest produce. They visit a selection of high-altitude wineries, and local farms.

This four-day discovery has you exploring the lush farming district of Gloucester, quaint country towns, meandering rivers, fresh mountain air, delightful farm gates. Visit the pristine, ancient world-heritage Gondwana Rainforest and Barrington Tops.

Day-One visit regional gardens for morning-tea and time at leisure, continuing on to their first ‘farm gate’ where the backyard barn has been converted into a cosy distillery, you will sample incredible hand-crafted gin with a flavoursome lunch. Wander the Old-England town of Stoud before arriving at Gloucester for accommodation.

Day-Two Lace-up the hiking boots, today visits the Gloucester Tops for a series of walks through open snow gum and sub-alpine woodland, cool-temperate rainforest, part of the Gondwana Rainforests, millions of years old. Keep your eye out for swamp wallabies, grey kangaroos and birdlife. Lunch will be picnic style. Late afternoon they tour the Hill View Herb Farm, sample products before a delightful dinner in this picturesque setting.

Day-Three a unique experience in the high-altitude of Barrington Tops. Visit Tasmanian Devil conservation/breeding property for a guided tour. Picinc-lunch beside a river, short walks and small country towns
