Cave Beach is on the southern side of Booderee National Park. There is often good surf, particularly in a Northeast wind and South or Southeast swell.
The nearby campground attracts keen surfers and families who like the choice of the various surf and bay beaches that Booderee National Park offers.
It is also a fantastic area to see native Australian wildlife.
