Merry Beach

Natural Attractions

Merry Beach is as charming as its name suggests. Bordered by a caravan and camping park, and excellent coastal walks, Merry Beach is a popular spot for families, fishermen and walkers and has lots of resident kangaroos.

Views of the prominent O’Hara Headland on the northern end of the beach invite you to explore the rocky platforms and look for dolphins and birdlife.

From Merry Beach, you can take the Snapper Point Walking track around Snapper Point to Pretty Beach, and from there you can keep going to Pebbly Beach and into Murramarang National Park. Be sure to check the National Park Website for up to date track information and status.
