Monardo Estate Vineyard

The Monardo family has been producing wines for generations in Vazzano, Italy and since 2020 in the Hunter Valley, Australia.

The Monardo Estate occupies 15 acres in the Broke Fordwich wine region of the Hunter Valley with a vineyard of Shiraz grapes.

The wines are produced from our own single origin handpicked Shiraz grapevines as well as sourcing other single origin grapes varieties from local growers to compliment the wines.

The Estate also includes olive tree varieties including Manzanillo, Frantoio and Kalamata.

The cellar door and trattoria is currently under construction and will offer wine tasting, Italian styles dishes of pasta and panini complemented by the wines, other refreshments and gift shop.
