Enjoy VictorsFood ‘freshest’ offering – a market tour and cooking class in one.
Join their passionate chef/guide on a tour of Northside Produce Market. Start with coffee or tea, then enjoy engaging talks, demonstrations, delicious tastings and generous samples to take home. Bring a basket and some cash for your fresh finds.
Then take the morning’s pick of seasonal produce into the kitchen for a ‘fresh as’ hands-on cooking class. Finally sit down to lunch you’ve made, with a glass of wine to enjoy with your fellow foodies. It really doesn’t get fresher than this!
Inclusions:
Tour: coffee (or tea); guide; chef’s cooking tips; tastings; demonstrations; samples; shopping.

Victors Food are totally portable and have all the options – from a quick lunch to a competitive MasterChef Challenge; or turn your event ‘catering requirement’ into the entertainment with interactive catering for 300 to 2,000 guests or more.

Join VictorsFood’s cooking classes and go on a journey to discover the rhythm of the kitchen and build your skills and confidence in a fun, friendly environment, while making and enjoying a gourmet feast.
You receive expert tuition and personal attention (maximum of 6 people in a class) by qualified chefs so you learn professional techniques properly.
Cooking classes are held in Sydney at a number of venues local to Rozelle and are held weekly on Saturdays. Everyone gets a glass of wine, copies of the recipes and photos so you can share your cooking experience with others.
