Truffle Hunting Weekend

This exclusive food and wine weekend is limited to just 10 guests. It kicks off with a tour and tasting at Renzaglia Wines and includes a truffle dinner at Matt Moran’s Rockley Hotel, truffle hunt at Fish River Truffles, and lunch at Ates in Blackheath (the old Vulcan’s) on the way home.

Price for this truffle hunting weekend includes:
Guided wine tasting with father and son winemakers Mark or Sam Renzaglia at Renzaglia Wines, truffle dinner at Matt Moran’s Rockley Hotel with Renzaglia wines, truffle hunt at Fish River Truffles with truffle dogs Frank and Luna and grower Carmine de Campli, who will explain all about truffle farming and hunting as well as cleaning, grading and using truffles, lunch at Ates in Blackheath (the old Vulcan’s) on the way home, with local Megalong Valley wines

Self-drive, meeting at Renzaglia Wines Saturday afternoon for the tasting.

Accommodation is the only extra cost. The Rockley has 5 rooms with ensuites, all different with varying prices, twin-share (including breakfast).
