Festival of Fisher’s Ghost

Festival of Fisher’s Ghost is Campbelltown’s signature community festival.

Each November, this unique festival is inspired by the famous legend of the ghost of Fred Fisher and is rich in community history, dating back to 1956.

This unique festival features a fresh and vibrant re-imagined program with new and exciting events popping up across the city throughout the ten day festival. Up to 250,000 locals and visitors experience the festival each year and explore the unique and exciting activations across the city

The legend of Fred Fisher is a famous ghost story well known amongst the Campbelltown community, and at the time, even made world news!
