Attune is a retreat that has been developed to enable participants to harness the healing ability of the body to help reduce stress, which in turn promotes healing within. Participants will be guided to reconnect their mind and body to revive health in a gentle yet powerful way with the use of spinal flow therapy, hypnotherapy and daily movement, yoga and walks.
