Annual Winter Wool Fair and Exhibition

This Annual Event is fast becoming a must on many people’s calendars. Lots of beautiful things to see and buy: there will be an exhibition and sale of Sutherland Shire Spinners and Weavers members’ work; independent traders will be there selling a wide variety of supplies and equipment for fibre artists, spinners, weavers, felters, those who crochet and knit – and those thinking of embarking on any of these paths to happiness.

Spinning and weaving demonstrations will be held regularly over the two days.

A variety of light refreshments will be available for morning and afternoon tea or a light lunch during the Winter Wool Fair. This part of the Fair is always very popular.

On Saturday the Sutherland Farmers Market is right outside so you can visit the Winter Wool Fair either before or after you have bought your supplies. They will even mind your shopping whilst you enjoy the Winter Wool Fair.
