Mexican Fiesta – Cooking Class

You will prepare various traditional dishes from Mexico City and surrounding regions. These dishes will be rich in flavour, colour, and spice. You will prepare Traditional Ceviche, modern tacos, and, of course, a delicious Margarita cheesecake mousse for dessert. All these dishes will combine to create a Mexican Taquiza (banquet).

Class includes tuition, recipes and meals with regional wine, beer or soft drinks.
