Sip and Stretch at Four Winds Vineyard

Enjoy your Sunday relaxing and recharging with an open yoga session, suitable for all yoga abilities.

Nestled amongst the vines at Four Winds Vineyard, there’s space to relax in the sun or be sheltered in the shade underneath “the chapel”.

The yoga session will be followed by a crystal sound bath, grounding dark chocolate meditation and savasana.

You will then indulge in a delicious wood-fired pizza and a glass of Four Winds wine.
