Annie’s Ice Cream Parlour

Restaurant and Cafe

Annie’s Ice Cream Parlour opened in Bathurst in 1983 after the founders, Lisa Pitts and Greg Murray, visited a traditional ice-cream shop while holidaying overseas and thought “that would work well back home”. They loved the idea of creating somewhere where families could go on a Sunday afternoon and spend time together.

At Annie’s, the ice-cream is made fresh daily on-site. The parlour’s signature flavours include Sofala Gold and Bridle Track, along with more classic flavours like Choc Hazelnut, Caramel Choc Chip and Coffee & Walnut. There’s also a comprehensive cafe menu that includes gluten-free meals and snacks.

Eat-in, or wander across to pretty Machattie Park, a three-minute walk away.
