Rock Forest Vineyard

Rock Forest Vineyard is a vineyard with a unique cool climate, located in rolling granite hills. The slow-growing vines are planted in granite sand with minimal organic matter. The grapes are carefully hand-picked, and the wine is made with minimal intervention.

Patricia and David are the owners of the vineyard, and they grow the vines and make the wine. The vineyard is situated at an elevation of 800 m in the Central Tablelands, near Bathurst, NSW.

Currently, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Shiraz are produced, and there are Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon plantings that are approaching maturity.

A true partnership has been established where every worker is paid fairly, and they take pride in their contributions. The company values family and believes in the product of human compassion expressed through every essential cup.

The vineyard is open for walk-in tastings on the first Sunday of each month.
