Part of the historic Hydro Majestic Hotel at Medlow Bath, the Boiler House Restaurant features European-inspired cuisine showcasing regional produce from the Blue Mountains. Dishes include gourmet pizza, pasta and seafood hotpot, and diners can order a la carte or a set menu. Spread over two levels, the restaurant has sweeping views over the Megalong Valley.
