Hunter’s Dream work with one of the Hunter’s most knowledgeable estate managers to ensure the historical integrity of the estate’s 60 acres of mature vines are respected and nurtured.

The fertile grounds are being cultivated as a source of raw ingredients for use in the new culinary range including Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Organic Manuka Honey.

And with every passing day, our Oriental display garden will further add to the remarkable sense of tranquility and peacefulness that resides here.
