Borrodell is nestled in the foothills of Gaanha Bula (Mt Canobolas) on the slopes of the Towac Valley. With exlusive accommodation, onsite restaurant and wine bar, Borrodell is the ultimate in country retreats. It is also an 84 acre vineyard, cherry, plum and heritage apple orchard and trufferie. Ten minutes from Orange NSW and adjacent to Lake Canobolas, the rich volcanic soils and 1030-metre elevation ensures the best of cool climate wines and produce. The cellar door is open five days for tasting the award-winning cool climate wines, Thursday through to Monday.

Sister’s Rock Restaurant on-site provides ravishing meals and unforgettable views across the vineyard and valley. The restaurant is open Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday for long lingering lunches.
