On weekends the Pleasant Hills Community Hotel comes to life with cold drinks and takeaway food like fish and chips and hamburgers are available. On Saturdays, come on in for a counter meal. Open Sundays, the Community Association can also cater for functions, with good country cooking run by the locals.

Accommodation is also available for small groups (six rooms).
