Located along Surry Hills’ popular ‘Eat Street’ – the bar- and restaurant-lined Crown Street – Giuls is a neighbourhood casual eatery, offering a selection of Italian classics with a twist alongside delicious cocktails or a glass of wine.

The team has carefully created a menu inspired by the Tuscany region that uses seasonal products, homemade pasta and fresh seafood. Menu highlights include the fantastic antipasti (think grilled Tasmania octopus, perfectly creamy burrata and freshly baked focaccia); starters such as fresh oysters and arancini dipped in truffle aioli; and delicious pasta mains along the lines of vodka conchiglie served with pancetta and taleggio, and nduja orecchiette topped with leek, casalinga sausage and fennel seeds.
