Bar 1880 is a new small bar in the Sydney CBD. Bar 1880 resides in the much-loved former site of Bulletin Place. This two-level bar is dedicated to innovative, surprising and season-driven cocktails such as the Palomino of El Jimador Blanco tequila, Islay Scotch, ginger rhubarb, grapefruit soda and lime salt; and the I’m Still Standing of Woodford Reserve bourbon, apricot brandy, Carpano and Coffee Absinthe.
Alongside the cocktail menu, there is a wine, beer and spirits offering, plus charcuterie and a short menu of snacks.
