Palazzo Salato

The Love Tilly Group (that also runs Ragazzi, Fabbrica and Love, Tilly Devine) say the stylish 120-seat restaurant is a Roman-inspired trattoria that focuses on what it does best: pasta and wine but with further explorations into the cuisine of the capital. Like the group’s other venues, the modus operandi is accessible and fun. Among the excellent handmade pastas, tripe and grilled artichokes is caviar and a $200 steak but it also offers $15 wines by the glass.
