Headlands Distilling Co. started from humble beginnings. Combining engineering precision and business acumen, four high-school friends set to work establishing Wollongong’s first distillery that has since won international awards.

As a company passionate about producing premium quality spirits, Headlands is exclusive in its selection of Australian grown grain and unique native botanicals to craft its collection of spirits. Partnerships have been forged with growers in the NSW Riverina that allow the grain to be traced back to the individual paddocks on which they were grown. Paired with hand foraged local botanicals, the flavours created are one of a kind.

Everything is done from scratch, fermentation, distillation and bottling are all done in-house. Take a tour of the compact distillery and meet the makers. One of Dean, Jared, Lachy or Tom will be happy to show you around and take you through the Grain-to-Glass journey. It’s a place to sample authentically Australian spirits and be reacquainted with vodka, gin, whisky, liqueur and innovative new products.
