Lifeworks Pilates is a Northern Rivers Pilates studio based in the community of Ballina. Their mission is to help you to feel stronger, more flexible, balanced, and more energised.

Delivering Reformer Pilates, Mat/barre and Clinical, all instructors at Lifeworks have completed rigorous training to provide you with safe and effective workouts that are also fun!
