Eden is a seaside holiday township and home to the whale-watching cruise. Southern right and humpback whales migrate along the coast between May and November providing thrilling encounters for cruisers.

Eden’s Killer Whale Museum is the town’s must-see attraction. It contains a fascinating display of boats, whaling gear, photographs and nautical apparatus.

Extending north and south of Eden, Ben Boyd National Park is a tract of wild coast, beaches, wildflower meadows and eucalypt woodland. The coast from Eden to Merimbula is particularly dramatic.

Eden enjoys a temperate climate perfect for year-round holidaying.
