Eurong is a township easily accessible by 4WD only, with vehicle barges operating daily from River Heads, south of Hervey Bay, to Wanggoolba Creek (bookings recommended). From the Sunshine Coast (via Rainbow Beach), the barge is on-demand between Inskip Point and Hook Point (bookings not required).
