We have a half-acre property of stunning established native gardens East facing Fraser Island. Our home is a 115-year-old Queenslander situated at the front of the block. We want to share how blessed we are to live in Turtle Cove so decided to list it with Hipcamp. They think it is a great place to use as a base camp to explore the Fraser Coast Region, knowing that ‘Your camp’ is safe and secure with us. The property is also surrounded by 6ft Bamboo Fence. There are 3 choices of hammocks hanging around the property and many spots to sit in the shade around the garden to read a book or just relax. The atmosphere on any given day, to me, is sublime. My favourite chore is hanging the washing out – why? Because I get to stare at Fraser Island and the deep blue sea surrounding it. I take in the beautiful breezes that flow from the Island and feel like I am literally there…..listen to the myriad of birdlife in and around our property.
