Windyridge

If you’re looking for a campsite with easy access, shady areas, a swimming hole, and a place to have some peace and quiet, this won’t disappoint. Our camping area is a small, fully fenced paddock on approximately three acres of creek flats. It’s located on the opposite side of the road from our main property, “Windyridge,” which is a small farm and former propagation nursery set on a ridge 30 metres higher than the campsite. Amamoor Creek runs along one side of the camping paddock, with lots of shady trees and some great spots for relaxing or taking a dip in the water. The whole paddock is generally kept mown, with lots of room for parking and manoeuvring. The paddock is home to only one campsite, so you and your guests will have it all to yourselves. There are some large trees at one end of the paddock – a great place to barbecue – and there’s a good open area for kids to run around and play.
