Visitors have exclusive use of the house, which includes a full open kitchen, living room, laundry and deck, as the owners live off-site at Marburg.

The property is in a convenient location with the country towns of Marburg and Rosewood just a few minutes drive away.

Animal lovers are in luck here too – there’s a horse paddock at the rear so you can bring your horse and explore the 50-acre property and nearby riding trails are a short drive away.

Dogs are also permitted on the property but must be kept out of the house – the large covered front deck has a gate.
