Bondoola Heights

Our little slice of paradise is 25 acres, about 8 minutes from Yeppoon’s beautiful beaches and islands, and 35 minutes from Byfield’s rainforest! Situated up on a hill you can see the ocean and islands in the distance to the East and Byfield Ranges to the North. With the elevation a steady Easterly breeze off the ocean most of the year it keeps the property a nice temperature, almost as if you are right on the beach. We have a range of native local wildlife roaming around, from green tree frogs to cockatoos, parrots to lizards, Goannas to wallabies. When it comes to flora there is about 15 acres of the place which has never been cleared, containing ironbark, lemon scented gums, stringybark, and wattle trees among various other shrubs. Being situated at the end of a no through road you don’t need to worry about a noisy highway or road, all you will hear is nature and the environment. We allow small campfires (outside of fire-bans) but please be respectful and light where others have before you.
