You are of course only a five minute drive to the samous Sandstone Point Hotel and the vibrant suburb of Woorim / Main beach as well.

The lower level of this home features an open plan kitchen, dining and living area that flows out on to the completely screen undercover outdoor area. The laundry and third toilet are on this level as well and the yard is completely fenced for the kids and dog.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with an ensuite and large walk in robe. Bedrooms two and three are upstairs as well along with the main bathroom.
