This comfortable house sits directly opposite the white sandy shores of Godwin Beach. Enjoy the ocean views from multiple areas of the house and its ever changing tidal picturesque setting. There are two living areas, both look out over the water. The well-equipped, air-conditioned kitchen and dining area are open plan to one of these living areas as well.

The master bedroom has air conditioning and ensuite with direct access to the undercover outdoor area. The other two bedrooms have ceiling fans and built-in robes and share the use of the main bathroom. This has a standalone shower, bath and separate toilet. There is also a separate internal laundry.There is also an undercover outdoor area with seating and a barbecue for outdoor entertaining. This area is really a hidden gem and worth exploring for your next family holiday.
