Warrego Warmblood Stud is an operational horse training property set on a secluded 60 acres just outside Woodford.There is a lovely private dam to camp beside or in amongst some beautiful trees with no one in ear shot, or you can camp in the empty paddock. Or Book a Horseback Forest Trail Ride .Campfires are permitted within local regulations. The campsites are dog friendly (on a lead). There are no amenities here,  campers must BYO camping toilet.Allowed small fires and some timber available in the paddocks.Woodford is a little taste of country right on the city’s doorstep. An easy day trip from Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast, this quaint and quiet town is a perfect getaway destination with a little something for everyone.The Woodford region is steeped in history and retains much of its yesteryear charm. The historic pub still stands proudly on the main road through town, while quaint turn-of-the-century buildings house quirky shops and eateries.
