Magnolia Cottage

Magnolia Cottage is a tranquil oasis filled with elegant charm and has a beautiful essence. It is to be admired and enjoyed by many as is the magnolia flower. It is only 203 footsteps from the beach.

The cottage has been completely renovated with a large chef-style kitchen and dining room with a setting to seat six. There are three bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed, both have private glass slides to outside. The third bedroom is set up as a lounge room / sleeping nook with a fold out sofa bed and TV. To make up for the lack of indoor lounge space the front porch is set up with an outdoor couch setting making it the perfect place to gather.

The yard is wrapped in beautiful greenery and offers a peaceful escape for anyone who is there. The property is fully fenced with a small 4ft fence so will allow a small dog to stay with you as well.
