Charleys Creek Campgrounds – Not just a campgrounds, its an experience.
Camp in the bush settings on the banks of Charleys Creek. This unique campground is situated on 35 acres on Chinchilla’s doorstep “Feels like you are in the bush, but so close to town”.
A secure base to explore Chinchilla and the greater Western Downs Region. A truly tranquil experience, a perfect place to put your feet up and unwind.
Owned and operated by local cattle producers, Steve & Ursula Keating. Take a farm tour, try their renown smoked wagyu brisket dinner, or purchase wagyu beef from the farm gate.
This paid campground offers peaceful campsites – powered and unpowered – having plenty of room for singles, families and groups. Catering for tents, caravans and camper trailers large or small. The sites have access to toilet and shower facilities, camp kitchen and potable drinking water.
Fish the creek for yellow belly or just sit back, relax and enjoy the abundant bird and wildlife. Have a swim, go kayaking or take a walk to explore the surrounds. Meet up with the owners, and fellow campers at the large communal fire pit for a yarn and a beverage or two!
Open fire pits, and firewood available. Charleys Creek Campgrounds is a pet friendly property.
