They offer you an escape from the hustle and bustle of city living, and a chance to get back to what’s real. At Lamington National Parks door step is a beautiful retreat established on a working wagyu cattle and polo farm. With close distance to access the trails of Binna Burra this is your chance to slow down and breath in the goodness of nature. They combine gorgeous forest and valley view treks, restorative yoga sessions and delicious dining. Be immersed in the genteel nature of the historic Blue Mountains on this 4-day trip. Savour crisp mornings, blue sky days and evenings around the fireplace. Their custom adventure brings together beautiful scenic trekking with both challenging and easier stretches, gorgeous accommodation and delicious food and wine. Their trek follows along the Six Foot Track through the National Park and up and down the Blue Mountain’s escarpments. There is also some time for spoiling! Kosci Kudos
Arguably Australia’s wild frontier, the Kosciuszko National Park is steeped in Australian early settler history. The summit of Kosci is only one small part of this mountain adventure that takes us through snow gum forests, along rumbling mountain rivers and over range tops. Beautiful wildflowers dot the trails along with snowy bluffs at elevation. The trek takes in Dead Horse Gap, Merritt’s Meadows, Mt Kosciuszko and Mt Stilwell. After a few solid days of trekking, we then soak up twilights in cosy mountains lodges, enjoying delicious food and wine and fresh mountain air. We then head to Canberra to stay in the uber-cool hotel as our trip finale.

A collage of high country vistas, historical significance and passionate farmers.
Start your experience with a magical high country trek rated as Tasmania’s most beautiful day walk and continue to spend nights and days with passionate sheep and poppy farmers in the relaxed luxury of their farm cottages. Arrive as guests and quickly become friends as our hosts guide us on a private land trek through land on which their forebears toiled. Your experience is deepened with a farm tour, a cooking class and an intimate and delicious dining experience conducted by a neighbour and long time friend of our farmers. Our last night is in waterfront luxury in Hobart and a fitting celebration at a local restaurant in Australia’s “culinary capital”.
