Ipswich Historical Society and the Heritage Bus Association provide visitors with access to a tour experience that includes the opportunity to ride a Heritage Bus through the historical Blackstone area.

Your driver is Donald and your tour will include commentary about the history of the area from Hugh Taylor, President of the Ipswich Historical Society. These tours are not available on a regular basis.

The tour departs from Cooneana Heritage Centre.

Experience a bus trip of the past while finding out the history of the Blackstone area through the commentary offered by Hugh Taylor, President of the Ipswich Historical Society. Your driver, Donald Behan, is a member of the Heritage Bus Association of Queensland and knows his buses inside out.

Your tour price includes entry to Cooneana Heritage Centre before and after your tour. The Centre is open until 2pm. Bring a picnic and enjoy it in the beautiful gardens.
