Caboolture to Wamuran Rail Trail

Cycling or walking between Caboolture and Wamuran is now a whole lot more scenic thanks to the Caboolture to Wamuran Rail Trail. The trail showcases the history of the Caboolture to Kilcoy railway corridor, which has been closed for almost 60 years since 1964, and provide a shared pathway from Caboolture to Wamuran.

This pathway provides links between the two major suburbs stretching 10.5 kilometres from Beerburrum Road in Caboolture to Atwood Street in Wamuran. The pathway is 3-3.5 metres wide, providing plenty of room for bikers and walkers to share the trail. The path entries in Caboolture and Wamuran also feature signage, maps, shelters, drinking fountains, seating, landscaping, and safe road crossings.
