Led by Traditional Owner Bridgette Chilli and First Nations captain Simon Thornalley, guests will learn about the local history of the First Nations people.
Guests are treated to a 5-course canape style lunch from the onboard Chef, with seasonal, local and native- infused products. A signature cocktail menu includes local spirits and flavours such as Lemon Myrtle, Strawberry Gum, Finger Lime.
